Zooming Stars

Took this shot by zooming in during a long exposure shot.

I don't remember changing the focusing at all, though I could have done it accidentally, 

somehow I got this sweet bokeh effect in camera.

I think the silhouetted tree in the foreground really adds dimension to the shot.

Orange Bloom

Fooled around with the colors a bit. 

The pollen was yellow but I desaturated that area to put more focus on that orange ring around it. 

I also brought up the green saturation to make a little more interesting.

Light Painted Landscape

Took this at around 8:30 tonight.

I did a long exposure (30 sec) and light painted the scene with a very powerful hunting flashlight.

I love how you can see the clouds moving above, but I wish I had composed this shot better.

Glowing Moon

Clearly I edited this shot, but I only changed the color.

The moon really had this glowing ring around it in real life, it was beautiful!

Streaking Clouds

A long exposure shot of the clouds, lit by the moon, moving through the sky.

I did a little work in Lightroom to get the pinkish effect, 

but it did look somewhat like this is in reality because of the ring of color the moon gave off.

Floating Crystal Ball

Such a nice day out today, finally feeling like spring!

I decided to go out and fool around with that crystal ball again. 

I flipped this shot upside-down so that the image in the ball is right side up.

Lasso

This is a steel wool lasso spin, where I spin it over my head. 

Te exposure was about a minute which is why the clouds are blurry.
